Thrive Jiu Jitsu prioritizes the safety and well-being of children under 18. Our child protection policy includes:

• DBS checks on instructors. 
• Requiring parental / guardian consent for children’s participation in our programs.
• Clear procedures for reporting and handling any concerns or incidents related to child safety.
• Limiting access to children's classes outside of immediate guardian / family members. 

Policy on Photography and Videography:

• Photography and videography within the gym are conducted to promote our activities and celebrate member achievements.
• Consent will be obtained before capturing and using images or videos of individuals.
• Members have the right to opt-out of photography and videography. Notifications can be made in writing to gym management.
• For children under 18, parental or guardian consent is required before capturing and using their images or videos.
• We strongly encourage parents to seek permission of parents before posting to social media if other children are in view. 

We may share personal data with trusted third parties, such as payment processors and IT service providers, to facilitate gym operations. These parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and are required to comply with data protection regulations.
